SECTION 202 AND SECTION 811- DEVELOPMENT TEAM REFERENCE GUIDE
For Project Development and Preservation

Richard Silverblatt Associates, Inc.
Joint Work Write-Up (rehab only)

Following the issuance of the fund reservation letter, the project architect should contact the HUD architect or cost analyst named in the fund reservation letter and arrange to visit the project site (or sites) to develop a general scope of work to be accomplished during construction. This is only done for projects involving rehabilitation. It is recommended that the project architect bring a sketch or more developed drawing of the proposed plan for rehabbing the project to this meeting. Also, it is recommended that the prospective general contractor attends this meeting.
