The housing consultant is required to submit the following documents to the HUD Project Manager within 14 days of the date on the Fund Reservation Letter:
• Resume of experience

• Previous Participation Certification, Form HUD-2530 or submission via APPS

• HUD does not review an agreement for housing consultant services with the sponsor or owner. HUD guidelines for housing consultant services are in Notice H 2014-10.
