Change Order Requisition to HUD

The Guide recommends that the owner does not combine a request for HUD payment of a change order with other items on the same requisition to HUD, Form HUD-92403-CA. It is possible that there could be a delay before the HUD inspector determines that the change order work has been completed at the site and this could hold up payment of the entire owner's requisition. So it is better to put the change orders on a separate requisition form.
